So fun! Photographer Mike Hipple and I are going to do a photo-shoot next year (ha, sounds so far away) with me in this awesome mask. Mike and his little assistant have been hard at work making this amazing piece that will fit over my head. I am going to be a cute animal! So silly and so fun! I really look forward to this project and the shots we come up with.

World’s Largest Street Level Mural Installation

Primary Flight’s annual project is the world’s largest event of its kind. Primary Flight features over 250 world class artists from around the globe, the majority of whom travel to Miami for Art Basel. Artists from all walks of contemporary art headline our annual event. Artists collaborate on high profile walls throughout Miami’s urban landscape. Maps outlining the installation are circulated, providing patrons with an opportunity to view the works in progress. - Primary Flight

Few and Far Women in Miami 2011

This coming December 1st - 4th the Few and Far  ladies hit Miami for the infamous Miami Art Basel. We are going to be doing a large mural production with 13 of the Few and Far women painting at the Primary Flight compound, 554 NW 24th Street, Miami, FL 33127. We have an amazing group of talented and prolific women joining together on this piece, and have our own personal photographer, Erin Ashford ,  coming along to document, so if you are in the area, be sure to stop by and check it out!!

Yes, this is going to be great, we have been working on sketches and designs so we can get to work as soon as our feet touch the ground. In the meantime back in Seattle if you are in Belltown, be sure to stop by the Gary Manuel Salon for a small showing of paintings from this past year. This will be up all month so you have time.



I will also be gallivanting this season's Punk Rock Flea Market on the 10th of December at the Underground also in Belltown. I love buying handmade soap and vintage clothing from Indian Summer and Midnight Mart! As you know this past fall, Ego, Japhy Witte, NKO and I painted a larger than life sized mural on the North side of the building. Come check it out!

Me thinks I will re-release this next year. It's a tiny zine I used to carry along on outta' state adventures. I would trade it for various things while out and about. These are fun ways to strike up a conversation, trade for a coffee or beer or leave a lasting impression on someone you would like to impress =)

This is the newest addition to Seattle!
I started at 9am and just worked my little butt off till it was done. Thank you all that came out and brought me snacks =)
